School opening hours
Please note that in line with statutory requirements for the length of the school day, from Thursday 1st September 2022 our school hours will change to 8.45 a.m. – 3.15 p.m. The total time this amounts to is 32.5 hours per week.
On a morning the school gate will be open at 08:40 and will close at 09:00
School times:
Classes 1, 2, 3 and 4
School begins at 8.45 a.m. – gates are open from 8.40 a.m.
School ends at 3.15 p.m. – gates are open from 3 p.m.
Nursery session:
Morning Session 8.45am – 11.45am
Lunch time:
12.15 – 1.00pm
Absence
If your child is unwell and has to stay off school, you must inform the school before 9.00 a.m. of the reason of the absence tel: 01642 561237 email:highclarence@sbcschools.org.uk
If your child is absent and we have not had a reason by 9.00 a.m. we are required to phone you to check up on the reason why your child is not in school.
